Description
The gear hobbing machine, model DM 6.0, is a C.N.C machine designed for the machining of cylindrical, spur, helical gears, splined shafts, and worm wheels.
The stiff structure and the high quality materials used for the assembly allow less wear on the tool cutting edge, guaranteeing more production with a single sharpening.
Thanks to the high lenght of the shifting axis the machine let you use different combinations of tools and the execution of different processes on the same workpiece in one setup.
The height of the table and large sliding doors are designed for an easy access.
The custom made software is simple, complete and intuitive and can be easily implemented on specific requests.
